Jimmy Lindblom, an Arizona native, resides in Gilbert with his wife Rachelle and their five children. He currently serves as President of Adolphus Co., a residential contractor, and concurrently holds a community outreach position with Willmeng Construction, a commercial contracting company. Jimmy graduated with an Accounting Degree from Arizona State University and a Law Degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
Jimmy's educational and professional work experience provide him with a strong foundation and good understanding of the demands placed on businesses and what it takes to make them successful.
Jimmy is a pro-life Republican with a record of fighting to protect families, the unborn and the vulnerable. He is a strong supporter of the 2nd Amendment and a fiscal conservative that believes firmly in the principles of transparency and accountability for every taxpayer dollar spent.
In addition, he believes that parents should have the choice in choosing not only the school in which their children attend, but also the curriculum and education they receive.
Jimmy currently serves on the Maricopa County Planning and Zoning Commission. As a Commissioner, he strives to ensure that government, in their attempt to properly regulate land use for the benefit of the public, does not overreach and unduly infringe on the rights of private property owners.
Additionally, he is currently a member of the East Valley Partnership Board of Directors, serving on the following committees: Advocacy and Government Relations, Aviation and Aerospace, Economic Development, Transportation, and Education/Business.
Jimmy is an active member of the community and has dedicated his time and energy on a variety of organizations in the East Valley and Arizona.
He has volunteered in the Boy Scouts of America most of his adult life and currently serves as an Assistant Scoutmaster. Past positions in Scouting include Cubmaster, Varsity Coach and the Chartered Organizational Representative.
One of his greatest accomplishments was the successful efforts fighting the legalization of recreational marijuana. Jimmy coordinated efforts in the East Valley and rallied the community to oppose the measure.
He recognizes the importance of regional cohesiveness and the power that can come as stakeholders from the business, education, charitable, religious, and government communities work together to address community needs.
Jimmy served an LDS mission in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and values his love for God and his belief that we are all his children.
